1. Who this applies to

This policy covers data we collect through kumining.net and the KuMining dashboard — anyone who visits the site or creates an account.

2. What we collect

CategoryExamples
Account informationEmail, username, password (stored hashed, never in plain text)
Financial activityDeposit and withdrawal history, plan purchases, referral earnings, payout wallet addresses you enter
Security dataTwo-factor authentication status, login timestamps, IP address at signup and login
Support dataMessages you send through support tickets
Usage dataPages visited, device/browser type, general interaction with the dashboard

3. How we use it

  • To create and operate your account and process your transactions.
  • To review withdrawals for fraud and security purposes.
  • To credit referral commissions correctly.
  • To respond to support requests and account issues.
  • To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service.
  • To meet legal and recordkeeping obligations described in our AML Policy.

4. Legal basis for processing

Where this matters under your local law (for example, in the EU/EEA), we process your data to perform our contract with you (running your account), to meet legal obligations (like fraud and AML review), and based on legitimate interests such as keeping the platform secure.

5. Cookies and local storage

We use essential browser storage (such as your login session token) to keep you signed in and to remember interface preferences like light/dark theme. We don't use this data to build advertising profiles.

6. Who we share data with

We share data with service providers who help us run the platform (for example, infrastructure hosting), and with authorities where we're legally required to — for example in response to a valid legal request, or as described in our AML Policy. We don't sell your personal information.

7. What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information to third parties, and we don't share your account data with advertisers.

8. Blockchain data

Deposit and withdrawal addresses and transaction hashes are recorded on public blockchains by design — that's how cryptocurrency works, and it's outside our control. Don't treat an on-chain address as private; anyone can look up what's been sent to or from it.

9. Data retention

We keep account and transaction records for as long as your account is active, and afterward for as long as needed to meet legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations.

10. Security

Passwords are stored hashed, not in plain text. We support optional two-factor authentication (TOTP) you can enable from Settings. No system is perfectly secure, so we encourage you to use a strong, unique password and enable 2FA.

11. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal obligation to retain certain records (for example, transaction history needed for AML purposes). Contact us to make a request.

12. International transfers

Our infrastructure may be located in a different country than you. By using KuMining, you understand your data may be processed outside your home country.

13. Children

KuMining isn't directed at children and isn't intended for use by anyone under the age of majority where they live.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
